Açılı Derin Çekme Kalıplarında Dikdörtgen Şekilli Kapların Derin Çekilebilirliğinin Araştırılması

Deep drawing is the process of obtaining three-dimensional containers certain depths and shapes under pressing forces with help molds sheet materials. In this study, numerical shaping rectangular cups in angled deep dies was investigated experimentally by using finite element method (FEM). For purpose, die/blank holder surfaces have α=0°, α=3°, α=6°, α=9°, α=12° α=15° angles order to facilitate material flow into die cavity. The punch corner radii are taken as 8 mm. St37 steel a thickness 0,9 mm used test material. experiments were carried out applying 2500 N, 5000 7500 N 10000 N. effects force on limit draw ratio, wall damage numerically, optimum determined. Obtained experimental results compared ANSYS results. As result, it has been determined that increase surface geometry different provides higher rate than conventional dies. It seen approximate values.
